This is a two stage process: Use the Sign-up page to tell us that you plan to enter the competition. You can do this at any time, as soon as you are reasonably sure of the details of your team. When you have finished your web site, follow the instructions on the Submissions page to submit your entry. You can do this at any time after the Submission page opens
